I've been designing a new website for myself for quite a while now and I'm releasing it on Friday. I've asked a few friends for constructive criticism but I also figured to ask you guys. So if you have any ideas/suggestions how to improve the site please let me know. I'd really appreciate it!

As you can see, it's running on Cargo, some of you are familiar with it. I have a domain so the site will have a custom url when it's released.
I'd say the site is about 99% finished at the moment and because I'm gonna release it on Friday, I'm not gonna do any major changes. So I'd like you to focus on little details.
A friend of mine suggested that I'd put Facebook, Twitter etc icons on the "Get in touch" page instead of text. What do you think?
Thanks in advance! -

It's very simple and clean. I was not sure what "century" meant. I would prefer your name be used there, even if it's just your first name alone. That word century I was confused by. I really like the blue "hire me" spot, but it's really hidden off to the right-hand side. Also, at first glance, it really feels like you are more of a photographer than anything. Not sure if that was the point or not, since your typography and logos are really quite good. -

maybe it makes more sense now when the url is http://www.centurydesigns.net? (it redirects to portfolio.centurydesigns.net though because Cargo can't host mail and FTP so I have to use a subdomain cos otherwise Cargo would mess up everything.)
That's the name I've been using always and it's also a registered company name. So it's sort of like D-Dub Designs and Daniel Wagner if you're familiar with him.

What's your screen size? Could you send me a screenshot of the page?
