Back Patches

Worthey IFC on Apr 11, 2011Does anyone know where to get some pre-cut blank back patches to screen print on? (like the picture below). I am lost and only can think of going to a fabric store and doing it myself, but would like to see more options if they are there...

I wouldn't imagine having a pre-cut mesh to print on would be any easier than buying the canvas by the roll. After printing you just chalk off the area and x-acto it to the size you need.
But if you absolutely need it, you might be able to search for pre-cut fabric squares in a light canvas(of even bandanna blanks might work if you're not looking for a heavy weight fabric), similar to those used for quilts. -

Stein.Hansen on Apr 11, 2011Just buy the fabric by the yard, and if you want clean edges find somebody with a serger, it will cut the fabric and sew up the edges at the same time.
