took me a while to see it was hair on a skull. I think using two shading techniques for the hair and the skull separate them too much. what about some red in those jewels too, bring the red down into the rest of the picture? Maybe?

I think they will not take this, but it's a big jump doing some work for them, i know it's still need more work on it, but i've really try hard to make such a thing like this.
